By checking this box I agree to the following terms.
1. Payment for room rental is due within 1 week of reserving the room, unless other arrangements have been made by Loveland Staff.
2. Any cost incurred as a result of damage to your rented room or the Loveland Community House and grounds shall become the responsibility of the Event Host.
3. Loveland Community House will not be responsible or liable for any lost or stolen articles or any injuries incurred.
4. Decorating is allowed and may be done on the day of your event. Only Blue Painters Tape may be used to affix decorations to walls or furnishings. The following are not allowed: Masking or Duct Tape, Staples or Nails, Glitter or Confetti. Do NOT hang anything from the pipes or rafters in the rental rooms.
5. The use of alcoholic beverages or tabacco products are prohibited in the Loveland Community House. (Smoking is allowed outside near receptacles).
6.THERE IS NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS WITH IN 2 WEEKS OF THE SCHEDULED EVENT.

Payment for room rental must be made within 2 weeks of booking (unless otherwise arranged with Loveland management) or you will lose your booking. Loveland now has 12 round tables and has refrigerators in every room. Seats 6-8 tables for your wedding reception or other events.
