Rooms for Rent at Loveland Community House

Cost for use of the rooms and extra amenities are kept as low as possible in order to provide affordable meeting space. Loveland Community House is handicapped accessible with elevator access to all 3 levels in the building. While Loveland Community House is not licensed for food preparation, those who rent rooms can bring food in, have the event catered or rent the kitchen for preparing food onsite. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are not allowed in the building. Bounce houses & piñata’s are not allowed due to spacing & insurance reasons. Wedding & Reception (Auditorium & Dining Room)- $450

w/ 1 changing room- $500

w/ 2 changing rooms- $550

Wedding ceremony in any other room (ex. Ladies’ Parlor)- add $50 to existing room cost.

Payment for room rental must be made within 2 weeks of booking (unless otherwise arranged with Loveland management) or you will lose your booking. Loveland now has 12 round tables and has refrigerators in every room. Seats 6-8 tables for your wedding reception or other events.


Flatware Rental

Up to 25 settings-$10
26-50 settings-$20
51-99 settings-$30
100 or more settings-$40
A $25 dishwashing fee will also be added to all flatware usage.

Projector Rental

Epson 730HD powerpoint projector (with screen & A/V cart) – $15
(a rental contract MUST be signed to rent the projector)


We will have roasters & crock pots for rent (in case renters do not have or would like not to bring one) for $5 each. Limited number available, so…..

Coffee & Cup Rental

Paper on tables-$2 per table

Coffee urn rental-includes styrofoam cups*, stirrers,sugars, creamer &  Folger’s regular or decaf coffee.
